According to August 2026 market statistics, there were 1,127 single-family residential listings, compared with 1,228 in July 2026 and 1,166 in August 2025. This represents an 8% decrease from the previous month and approximately a 3% decrease compared with the same period last year.

A total of 428 homes sold in August 2026, compared with 470 sales in July 2026 and 468 sales in August 2025. This represents a 9% month-over-month decrease and an 8.5% decrease year-over-year. The average sale price for a single-family residential home in Windsor-Essex was $563,971 in August 2026.
