A total of 470 homes sold in July 2026, down slightly from 476 sales in June and 538 sales in July 2025. While sales activity has moderated compared with last year, homes continue to sell throughout the region, making accurate pricing and a strong marketing strategy especially important for sellers.
The average sale price for a single-family residential home in Windsor-Essex was $546,739 in July 2026.
That's a 3.4% decrease from the June 2026 average of $566,103 and approximately 7% below the July 2025 average of $587,740.
